Time for our next WIN Tour! This one is a rental turnover.
Everyone is welcome to come tour a soon to be vacant duplex unit. The typical cleaning will be necessary plus there is a punch list of small improvements to make (feel free to bring your tool belt).

We are looking forward to hearing your suggestions, tips, and feedback. There will be one week before the new tenants move in so watch for the final walk through the following Sunday.
