Hello RTP folks! We have the third installment of our special meetup series planned for this group! @Uriah D. has made some great progress on his flip project and has invited us all to check it out.  Learn more about the trials, tribulations and wins when doing a flip!

The address of the home is 2112 Hillock Drive in Raleigh. We will meet there at 11:00 am on Saturday the 1st, and if anyone cares to have lunch together afterwards, we will plan to be at Relish Cafe & Bar around 12:00
