I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season.
As it's still chilly outside, the midwest is in its real estate "off season" aka it's a ripe time to grab up anything sellers really need to get rid of.
It's not always the case, but there is some truth to the idea that some sellers are only off loading in this season if they have to.
That can often translate into a situation where investors can work out a "win win" with sellers.
Sellers tend to need the property off their hands for some compelling reason or another, and investors stand to grab a great deal while the demand is lower.

Again, I'm not talking about any kind of specific investing science or detailed statistics, just some things to keep in mind during this season.

So enough about that...let's get to the information on January's meeting!

In an effort to start 2018 off on the right foot, let's hang out and casually discuss real estate.
Whether you're going to finally pull the trigger on your first investment, or are committed to growing your existing portfolio, let 2018 be your year to take action on those goals!
