Yes they do, and no that preferred return I give can be deferred, it's only paid when there's cash to pay it, but it gets paid before anything else is split.

I have ~140 doors in Leavenworth KS. I use Echelon Property Management and couldn’t be happier.

Hey Austin, I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if this tub and surround still looks good after more than a year.
We've done this countless times now (to countertops too) and have had zero issues thus far 2 years in.
