This group is for all levels of investors (new & experienced) who are serious about building a SUCCESSFUL real estate investing business.
We will cover some of the best practices for investing, however, we are not advising anyone if a deal is good or bad.
Our goal is to direct each person on how to build a POWER TEAM of people to help advise you on your own specific real estate deals.

GRADUATION BONUS - If attendee completes all subgroup requirements, credit is given in SJREIA bucks for the value equal to a SJREIA Saturday Workshop (members $20; non-members $30)
ADDITIONAL BONUS - if attendee does (1) real estate deal OR (3) wholesale transactions within 1 year of graduation
- SJREIA MEMBERS will get $75 off SJREIA membership renewal for2YEARS (total value = $150)
