The 2019 SF Bay Real Estate Networking Summit is confirmed for Feb 16 & 17 in Oakland, CA!

For the fourth time, hundreds of real estate investors and experts will be gathering in the San Francisco Bay Area for a weekend of learning, networking, and joining forces to grow our real estate businesses!

This conference is different than others because we skip the salesmanship ******** - only straight content - and everyone shares in the most open way. No better way to make connections with the right people.

VENUE: Oakland, CA

DATE: Feb 16 & 17, 2019

TIME: 8am - 5pm

TICKET PRICE: $295 for Super Early Bird 2-day pass (tickets will go up as we near the summit)

This is NOT a BiggerPockets event. But you'll recognize some familiar faces.

Hey, we're stoked to have you out! @KathtFettke , @J Scott , @Jeff Pollack , @Jason Buzi , @Matt Faircloth, @Ben Leybovich,@Jay Hinrichs, @Raul Luna! What are you most excited about or risk-averse in today's market?

A lot more speakers are coming out to share their experiences and answer YOUR questions. ;)

Get your tickets here at www.SFBaySummit2019.com (Super Early Bird Tickets are now available!!). Get a tax deduction, and get seriously inspired!

The event will include lots of targeted networking, discussion panels, breakout groups, drinking, and a great time, over the weekend.

Here are some of last year’s highlights:

"An exceedingly well-done conference, especially in terms of venue, speakers, vendors, information presented and opportunities for connection. What I learned and who I met will catapult me years forward in my abilities. Count me in for the next one!" - Erin A., Stockton, CA

"This was my first conference, I was not sure what to expect. I was definitely encouraged when I saw a lot of excitement on the Biggerpockets community leading up to the event. And perfectly honest, day one blew away my expectations. Keynotes were helpful and informative and the networking sessions have been invaluable." - Rohann

"There's a lot of information here and being able to network with other people more experienced than myself." - Doug Chinn, Berkeley CA

We had an awesome time last year! What did you all think? Are you going to be able to make it out again? Tag a friend or two!

Last year, we had speakers and attendees from more than 12 different states, and all over the SF Bay Area, including San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Vallejo, Gilroy, Monterey, up and down California from San Diego to Los Angeles up to Sacramento.

Out of state folks came from Phoenix, Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia, Seattle, and as far as Anchorage Alaska!!

We're looking forward to a diverse set of investors to network with this year also! You don't know what you don't know ;)

I hope you can get Bruce Norris for the keynote again !!!  this is an awesome networking event

thank you J Martin for taking time from your busy schedule to arrange this for every one..  those 90 hour weeks are probably really getting to you about now..

Always a great event!  This is the biggest gathering of like-minded real estate folks in the Bay Area. Two days of great content, I heard a lot of people last year that came for only one day regret it and wish they’d attended both days.  So glad to see you putting this on again, J!

I'm trying my best! Bruce is busy. But he's super insightful on the economy.. especially in CA.
Fortunately.. we have a great lineup of super experienced real estate investors like you coming out! So I think we'll be good either way ;)  Appreciate you coming down from Oregon Jay!! Means a lot to me and the other attendees :)

Thanks for the shout out Brian, and glad you can come back for EVERY SF Bay Summit so far!! :)
You're the man!!!!

I feel like it's one of the few places where people are willing to share openly. And not try to sell a bunch of bullllshit!
I really appreciate you being a part of it since the first one wayyy back! I'll see you Feb 16 & 17!

@J. Martin look forward to attending again!  I went to purchase my ticket again and see that there are VIP tix.  Couldn't find info about these vs regular tickets.  What are the added benefits?

Let me check with my event planner, so I don't give you the wrong info. I think it's supposed to include lunch, the podcast/audio recordings from the event, and I think something else. But it should be listed there with the tickets.. I agree..

I'll check and get back to you! Thanks Elizabeth. And looking forward to seeing you there! :)

Hey Bay Area folks!

You won't be able to see local folks like Jason Buzi, Raul Luna, Jeff Pollack and BP members like J Scott, Jay Hinrichs, Dave Van Horn, Ben Leybovich, and more all under one roof in one weekend.. So don't miss it on Feb 16 & 17! We'll be in Oakland. So whether you're coming up from Santa Cruz or San Jose, or down from Napa & Sonoma, it's not a far drive. If you're in San Francisco, just across the bridge! Take BART to Lake Merritt :)  Walnut Creek, Fremont, Berkeley, Richmond, Palo Alto are all also a close drive or BART/Caltrain ride.

Easier than driving to every meetup around the Bay for the next year!

Why you should come:

- no bull-shlt

- no sales pitches

- open, "philosophy of abundance" sharing, just like BP!

- breadth and depth of speaker and attendee investing experience

- relaxed atmosphere to make connections and up your game

This is NOT a BP event!

What kind of investor are you? @Dave Van Horn wrote an article here on BP on How to Get Started in the Note Investing Business! https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/get-started-note-investing/?fbclid=IwAR2CTMr0ZxmPnsvACNAt8H7RnJ61ObV0mVVksd7hQ4M_R9QFZALXGM62fQs

We'll be having him at the @SFBaySummit on Feb 16 & Feb 17 in Oakland, CA. Join us and learn more about the note investing business! Get your Early Bird tickets here! https://bit.ly/2skgqYz

@Jenelle Harris and @Roman S. , I'm going to try to finish it today.

Saturday is usually focused a bit more on different strategies, and Sunday a bit more focused on the SF Bay Area. We'll be hitting on multifamily, syndications, fix & flip, Airbnb, the economy and recession, note investing, and have some business-related topics. Most speakers will also have a breakout session after their panel discussion, so you can get in a smaller group to ask specific questions..

I'll send out an email and post stuff up here too. Let me know if you have any other questions!

@J. Martin - What is the refund policy? I've tried messaging yourself and I've emailed the organizer a few but times but haven't had much luck. I'd love to go but had an emergency come up that weekend that I'll need to attend to. Please advise, thanks.
