The 2019 MidAtlantic Real Estate Investor Summit has been officially announced for October 18th & 19th in Philadelphia, PA!

Last year’s MidAtlantic Summit was a complete success – not only did we bring 400+ real estate investors, speakers and industry experts together from around the globe for 2 full days of connecting, learning, and sharing… but we raised over $70,000+ for our charity partner, ProjectHOME in the process.

This upcoming year, we plan to do it even bigger and better! 

My goal with the Summit is to bring my 30+ years of experience and networking to one event and continue to build a community of investors on the East Coast (with some help from friends & experts nationwide). We plan to have over 20 speakers, panelists, and breakout session leaders including:

Last year, I made some amazing contacts at this even -- people that I still keep in touch with and some that I'll likely be partnering with in the future.

    It's flattering to be listed among this group of esteemed presenters!  I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone.  I'll do my best to share some insights I've learned from 30 years investing in real estate, 700 properties and 2000+ apartment units plus having raised nearly $100 million.  Hopefully I'll have something to say that will add value for someone!  See you there!

    Last year I attended the first ever MidAtlantic Real Estate Investor Summit, and it did not disappoint!  In fact, I bought my tickets the day they went on sale this year, as it is still the best investor event I have attended to date (and that was before I was honored with the request to speak at this year's event)!  

    I am also looking forward to learning from the top investors in the industry!  It is remarkable the diversity of experts on this year's panel, and with Dave's no sales pitch approach this event is truly one of a kind.

    I look forward to seeing you all there, and providing actionable advise to take your investing to the next level!

    And yeah @Ned Carey, I'm with @Russell Brazil...what can we do to get you to come to Philly? We're trying to get as many 10,000+ forum posters in attendance as possible :)

    @Cassidy Burns Going through our list of attendees last year it looks like we had a decent size presence from the Baltimore/D.C. area (but not seeing many of these people on BP) but could always use some more! Mr. @J Scott may know some :)

    Your question also brings up a good point when I look at the metrics. The attendee list is a pretty large pie that represents a wide array of areas. I noticed that aside from the tri-state area of PA/NJ/DE, a large percentage of attendees came from NYC, California, and Texas. We even had folks as far as Anchorage, Alaska, Spain, and Hong Kong attend the event! What's good about this diversity is you get different strategies or "spins" on strategies not as common on the east coast - like investing structure, "best use" ideas (many of which come from high end markets), new technology, how to handle market cycles, etc.

    Went to this event last year. I met someone there that I went on to help close a 40 unit deal. 

    I also met a handful of people that I still bounce ideas off of today. Dave runs a high quality event. 

    Can't wait to attend again.
