The 2019 MidAtlantic Real Estate Investor Summit has been officially announced for October 18th & 19th in Philadelphia, PA!

Last year’s MidAtlantic Summit was a complete success – not only did we bring 400+ real estate investors, speakers and industry experts together from around the globe for 2 full days of connecting, learning, and sharing… but we raised over $70,000+ for our charity partner, ProjectHOME in the process.

This upcoming year, we plan to do it even bigger and better! 

My goal with the Summit is to bring my 30+ years of experience and networking to one event and continue to build a community of investors on the East Coast (with some help from friends & experts nationwide). We plan to have over 20 speakers, panelists, and breakout session leaders including:

I highly recommend this event!!!  Dave brings together some of the best minds in real estate (and he even let's me join in as well :), and all the profits go to charity...  

I look forward to speaking, and even more so, I look forward to learning from the amazing speakers, panelists and all the great attendees.  

Last year, I made some amazing contacts at this even -- people that I still keep in touch with and some that I'll likely be partnering with in the future.

If you can only attend one event this year, this should be it!

    We'll be there for sure, @Dave Van Horn.  I've corralled about 10 or so that are looking to buy tickets, too.  See you in October.  Great value for $300.

    Wow!!! Thanks to all of you above, and some other folks, we're somehow already nearing the halfway point for ticket sales. And we're still about 9 months out, so I wouldn't sleep on this!

    I also wanted to take a moment to introduce another speaker we've added to the lineup. He's someone who is very special in the BP community, a great contributor to the forums, and someone I'm personally very excited to see speak. He's been working in Real Estate since 1975, with a background as a realtor, broker, Investor, Hard Money Lender (HML), as well as in mezzanine financing. Oh and did I mention he has investing experience in the Land and Timber Industry? And I'm probably only scratching the surface on his abundance of expertise! Needless to say, he's someone you don't want to miss.

    My wife and I went to the first one and just loved it! We bought our tickets the minute we got notification that it was happening again. The event is built on the premise of helping people in need and bringing people together that are like minded. The organizers did an incredible job with all aspects of the event and it appeared to go off without issue. I look forward to more great connections and take aways. If we only attend one event like this this year we will be further along than most! So glad we are in!

    @Dave Van Horn Talk about money well spent! Last year's summit was incredibly valuable to any person who has anything to do with real estate. From the venue to the speakers to the organization to the networking to the food, and so on, it was an excellent event. Can't wait for October.

    And no problem,  @Nichole Stohler (we will be recording the event again with our audio/visual team). And there's always next year! We're trying to do a special get together for our fund investors at our offices before these events going forward, so hope you can make it out in 2020 :)

    I was looking at the registration page. I can see an early bird ticket yet the discussion here implies the early bird pricing is over. What am I missing?

    Given my travel schedule could cause a problem, I am more partial to the option that includes the recording. That ticket price is not open for sale. Is there a way to buy the early bird and upgrade later? Or, do I just need to wait until the option the pricing opens for sale?

    The conversation here on the BP thread was really in reference to a "super early bird" price that has come and gone. The current pricing you're seeing on the site is good until the end of June.

    Also all tickets include the recording! 

    It says that at the bottom of each ticket description that the recordings are included above the 'purchase now' button but we just updated to make it more clear at the top.
