Gene, I went on the Bigger Pockets website to sign up for the next MeetUp in Bakersfield but couldn’t find the link. I seem to remember it was on September 19th but couldn’t recall the location and time. Can I bring my wife and my friend who wants to invest but hasn’t done anything flip, BRRRRs or anything other than own his own home. He is a small business owner in Tehachapi so he is business savvy but not real estate savvy. My wife is also business savvy and has done all of the real estate deals that I have done(Foreclosure Purchase, Flip and now a rental).
