Hello again fellow BiggerPockets members from and around the greatest city in the world, New York! I'm pleased to announce that we're having our next Manhattan event on Monday, December 9th so put it in your calendar! We're super excited to announce that BiggerPockets Podcast guest #344, Gabriel Hamel, will be coming into town to present to the group:

I had the opportunity to meet Gabriel in person at the BiggerPockets Conference in Nashville. After spending some time with him it was clear why he was asked to be on the show.  He's out there making things happen in a high cost market, like we have here in the NYC area, and yet he was able to get past the traditional means of buying properties with conventional financing to be able to build a portfolio that he now has complete financial freedom.   That's quite the accomplishment!  If you haven't heard Gabriel's BP Podcast then click this link.  Here's a special message from Gabriel about attending the meetups, just click below the picture:

We'll start off the event with great networking for the first 45 minutes, then we'll share a market update in northern NJ.  And don't forget about @Nicholas Aiola , who's back from his honeymoon (Congrats, Nick!) and he'll be sharing some tax planning information for you to utilize with your real estate investing, including some great tips covering what Gabe is speaking about, the tax advantages of seller financing!

We'll also hear from Rob Larson from East Coast Capital regarding lending products & where the rates are (and possibly going to).

Gabe did an AMAZING informative session last night in Manhattan!  So looking forward to the next two nights, tonight in Clifton, NJ and tomorrow in New Rochelle, NY.  What a treat! Thanks so much @Gabriel Hamel for taking the time out of your busy schedule to come join us here in Manhattan!  Thanks for taking the time out to share with the group insight on your strategies, and also answering all those questions everyone had (even after your presentation!).  You're a wealth of info to the BiggerPockets community and we're grateful you're with us!

Awesome event! We are very excited to have Gabriel in New Rochelle, he has amazing experience and so willing to share! Adrienne and I had a great ride home from the mo day meetup. Our gears were really turning! Gabriel talked about things no other guest speak has before!
