Need help STR arbitrage contracts
Hello BPers,
I only need help and not personal opinions, I own property and I'm building equity so I'm exploring into STR arbitrage and I have a few properties that the landlords are interested but want me to setup the contracts. Does anyone have any examples I can review and cut or copy and paste into my own custom contract? Any help would be great! Thanks
