Futurestay, anyone using or have used them.

I have one short term rental in American Fork, Utah.  I'm trying to get more bookings and came across Futurestay.  They bump your price 5% (on their platform) then take that 5%.  That's how they charge.  So it doesn't seem like anything extra out of my pocket.  Thoughts?  Anyone using or have used them.

I think they get you on google's new STR search platform as well, though I don't think anyone is actually using that yet.
