Quote from @Kas Filippova:

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a place where I can get a mid-term lease agreement from?

Thank you!

There are two types of rentals: short-term (less than 30 days, usually furnished and includes utilities) and long-term (more than 30 days, furnished or unfurnished, can be rented month-to-month or for a longer, specific term).

"Medium-term" or "mid-term" are made-up definitions that reflect nothing and only cause confusion. If you want to rent for 3-4 months, that's a long-term lease and you'll use a standard long-term lease agreement, follow the long-term lease laws, use long-term lease software, etc.

I pray to God this made-up definition has a short-term life!
