Short Term Rental Arbitrage in Phoenix

Hi BP Members,

I'm wondering who fellow Phoenix investors are using to manage their STR ARBITRAGE properties. I'm finding that my traditional STR managers wont handle the property unless it's owned by the client. Any referrals or advice?

Be careful of some of the people managing arbitrage STRS. 

Some aren't licensed and insured any many have minimal experience.
