Support resources in Fairfield CT

Hello.  I currently have a MTR in Fairfield CT (with a pain in the butt tenant).  I also have two other vacation rentals, one which I manage myself.  I have done long term rentals in the past so hadn’t expected this MTR to be as much of a headache as it is.  Any leads on folks that can assist (like a home watch company or something) in the area?  I’m not looking for a full blown property management company just someone that I can reach out to if I need local feet (I’m in Florida).  Thanks in advance.
