You have 40 artistic close-ups of pots, books, and other decor but hardly any photos showing what the person is actuall renting. Tone down the artsy photos and let them see the rooms and layout.

One piece of art is way up above the lamp, putting it in the shadows.

Another piece is above the dresser, which already has some decorative things on it, then there's a big open space above the sofa.

The hallway is dark and has no artwork.

Everything looks good, but the dark colors are likely to make it feel gloomy at night.
