best modem and WiFi Router for STR's

Which modem and WiFi Router is recommended for STR's? this is an out of state rental, and I need something where it can be reset remotely..

We use a mesh system at our 4400 sq ft cabin.
A small house this wouldn't be necessary.
Routers can be crazy expensive for a high end one.
I would look at best buy and read the reviews to find one that is the best bang for the buck without overpaying.
