Question

Over the past 6 months, I've seen a "SIGNIFICANT" increase in ROI and REALLY BIG equity gains in the areas I serve and buy, due to the epic buyer's market we are in.

I'd like to know where the other really big markets are, because one size doesn't always fit all. I'm always looking to make new partnerships and connections.

Your profile lists around 30 markets. Your last deal shared was a flip in 2023. Finally, you post that your market is super hot for buyers, but then you don't mention what market you are referring to.

This sounds like a REALTOR attempting to attract buyers. Be sure to read the rules located in the footer of every page.

I've been investing in the Gatlinburg market for 20 years, and I wouldn't rate it anything but so-so right now. Yes, there are deals out there, but there are always deals out there.

If you don't have a spectacular view or waterfront, get in line with all of the other sellers.

I am curious what strong buyers market is making huge equity gains?  A strong buyers market indicates sellers price cutting and listings being bought under value which would lead to equity losses.  A strong sellers market (like 2021-22) led to huge equity gains as sales were going above value leading to month over month gains of 3-5%+.

I've only been selling out here for 5 years now,but I'm finding amazing properties and equity daily. Views, indoor pools, game rooms and proximity to attractions. Agree , those are all incredibly important as is good property management and the ability to price the property correctly based on your competitors rates( dynamic pricing ) .

All of that said. I'm still finding deals, daily.  I have asked where else are people finding deals like this and unfortunately I dint have any answers yet.. we shall see.

You can post "deals" all day long on this forum, provided there is no conflict of interest with yourself. I've never used an "advisor".
