Pools and hot tubs

Hi everyone, we are working on a deal that currently has an underground, salt water pool outside as well as an indoor hot tub. We will be the only or one of a few that we can see with this type of amenity in our market for a vacation rental. We have a cleaning crew willing to discuss ideas about cleaning the hot tub after each stay, but she cannot do anything with chemicals due to insurance coverage and she is likely not able to stay long enough for the hot tub to be drained as it takes awhile. I have never owned a hot tub or pool before. What advice do any of you have for having these amenities at a vacation rental? TIA

Have licensed companies take care of the pool and hot tub. If your guests had a problem with the chemical balance of either of these and had a medical problem you can deflect the blame to the professional company you hired to maintain these.
