I was curious if any BP members have a home on the coast that they put into AIR B nB specifically Seaside Or.

I have a new build there that has a fabulous view.. its 3 bed 3 bath brand new construction upgraded granite appliances etc.. huge Deck with 300 degree views  including Tillamook Head.. and ABOVE the Tsunami zone.

Just curious about what one could expect for rent per night ... or per week... and if you have success in Seaside in particular its a hoping place in the summer that's for sure.

@Jay Hinrichs we are in Seaside / Canon beach several times a year (was at the WorldMark on the prom last week).  We have specific places we stay but I always shop.  Given your brief description I wouldn't be surprised with $300-400/night during high season with 3-7 night minimums. Probably in the $150/night range for off season. Being on the far side of the highway may discount it but the views could easily compensate.

Let us know when it's ready!
