Who would you recommend for VR liability Insurance?

I've been informed on another thread about the importance of having a good liability insurance policy in effect if you're in the VR biz. Can anyone recommend a good PL Ins. Co. with a proven track record for honoring claims?

There's an up and coming new option called slice.is (not .com). They are providing insurance on a nightly basis, what they like to call on-demand insurance. I like this model because it's inexpensive enough to pass on to the guest and will replace a "damage deposit" which I've had mixed results. They are in beta testing right now and I'm not 100% sure about their liability level, but check it out.

I use https://www.homesharinginsurance.com/. It's only liability coverage, but that is my main concern. I have yet to make a claim, so can't speak to that.

Proper Insure offers homeowners insurance tailored to nightly rentals with liability insurance and even loss of income. Backed by Lloyd's. Have a few policies but have never made a claim.

Slice is not actually usable at the moment -- they're in beta and not talking to anyone. I signed up to join it and have heard nothing in a few weeks. I know someone else posted the same story in the other thread they were recommended it.

CBIZ offers a nice vacation rental insurance program. They are who I am currently using for both personal and commercial liability coverage:

I'm also interested to learn on this subject.

Based on my research Airbnb does cover you now up to $1M. Haters say they will never pay that amount,  I think they just did this because they know exactly how rare the claims are, and they are big enough to take it instead of having yet another overhead for the hosts which can't find insurance for that.

VRBO has a recommended partner.
