STR: Sarasota/Bradenton Area
Are there any investors that have STR's in the Sarasota/Bradenton area? We are specifically looking more towards Bradenton area. Looking to connect with investors in that market. We have been working with an agent and happy so far.
I know the market is red hot and definitely not wanting to pay way over asking like I have seen. Looking for a 4bdrm house. We have our first STR under rehab right now here in MI but want to add a FL home too. Selfishly for our family to use as well.

@Michael Vialpando I’d love to meet up. I’m up and down Palma Sola Blvd all the time checking on my two STRs right off that road. I live about 5 min north, up by Robinson Preserve. Chances are your in-laws’ rental is a short walk to mine. I’d love to share some thoughts and ideas back and forth. The market dynamic is pretty interesting right now and I’m watching closely for my next opportunity. Prices aren’t dropping as much as in other areas but there’s a definite shift of power to the buyer. Give me a shout if you can meet up or chat this week. .
