Internet service in multiple locations (STR)?

Question

I'm working on scaling my STR holdings and with the mainstream ISPs I am required to set up a new username for service at each new place. At 2 units that was okay. At 4 it's getting complicated, and thinking of 10+ makes me angry in advance.

How do you manage having internet service at multiple locations?

Have a spreadsheet on your home computer with the info you need.

You can even password protect the file.

I am equally frustrated by this, but I don't have a silver bullet.  Your only hope to keep organized with a password app that is secure.  Keep all your passwords stored in the app, along with keypad door codes, padlock combos, and any other data for the STR.  I wish AT&T had a "multi-account" function.

How do you manage separate payment accounts with all of those properties through 1 Xfinity account?

It's 23 different physical addresses, so there are 23 different coaxial lines going from the utility poles to each house or apartment.  Each address has its own modem.  I make the network name the street address of the property and make the password lifeisgood at every rental.  192.168.0.1 is your friend if you have Netgear.  192.168.1.1 can also be your friend.

That makes sense as far as how to set up your networks, but do you have each of the 23 STRs on a separate log-in with your service provider?  That’s the technical frustration that I’m trying to figure out how to solve

AT&T and Cox at different locations.

I’ll have to check into Xfinity and see if they are also engaged in the “race to the bottom” price war that Cox and AT&T are waging in our area.

Seriously, how do AT&T AND Cox not have a multi-location account setup?  This seems like something useful to enough people that it would merit the TINY revision of their process that it would take.

I've got 23 STRs.  The network name at each place is the street address.  The common password is lifeisgood.  All my repeat tenants know this.  I've got over 1000 repeat tenants out of 1800 total tenants.
