Hi Everybody,

I recently moved to New York and would love to find a job in the value-added space. I gained a decent amount of expertise during two summer internships at a construction/real estate development firm in the Pacific Northwest, but now want to really hone my skills in the real estate capital of the world--New York City.

Also, if you're reading this and could offer some networking/career development advice feel free to DM me I would love to chat!

Best,

Niko

Please list the "expertise (you gained) during two summer internships //Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves--hope they paid you at least minimum wage// (with the) development firm in the Pacific Northwest.

Doing so might make your feedback more relevant and your New York job easier to zero in on.

Good Luck!
