A Newbie on the block

Hello BiggerPockets community!

I am thrilled to be joining this community as a rookie in real estate investment. My name is Jhonny Sanchez M, and I am from Vancouver. I am eager to learn from all of you and soak up as much knowledge and advice as I can.

I come from a background in IT, and while real estate investment is new to me, I am passionate about learning and growing in this field. My goal is to finalize 2024 ready to do my first deal, and I believe that with the resources and expertise of this community, I can achieve that goal.

I am here to listen, learn, and contribute wherever I can. I look forward to connecting with all of you, sharing experiences, and hopefully, one day soon, sharing my first successful real estate investment story.
