Ready to jump in…
Just sayin hey! I’m ready to go. Going to start by checking into local REÍ meetups and talking to some friends and family that are doing what I’d like to. Was just about ready to pull the trigger on one of the many courses that are offered out there, particularly Pace Morby’s, but after reading several posts full of reactions to the question “should I join and pay for a course?” I’ve decided to hold off and see what I can do by fully immersing and getting myself connected locally first. Save my money (which I have almost none of) for investing. Really pumped to find this rescource and group. Please feel free to respond, reach out or comment with feedback in any way. Look forward to many conversations on here. Thanks!!

Sorry, he just ticks me off.
Pace is a typical guru. He claims anyone can do what he did, but he teaches the exact opposite of what made him successful.
How did he find success? He became a contractor, worked hard, and grew a successful business that produced a lot of money. He then had a mentor that taught him one-on-one to invest in real estate. He didn't learn Sub-To and other tricks until he was more experienced, and he had the money to pour into it and absorb mistakes. And the market was perfect for investing at that time. He was very successful and wealthy before he started making videos and created a course.
Does his course teach you to build a successful business or work hard at a W-2, earn a boatload of money, and then learn for free through a mentor like he did? No. He tells you to pay him $5,000 (or much more) to learn all the "secrets" that made him wealth, but then he doesn't tell you that his "secret" was to increase earnings, reduce expenses, save up and invest.
