Hi everyone, I'm looking for my first multi-family investment and am looking at Indianapolis (Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville area). Does anyone have any advice, leads or guidance for a newbie investor?

There is a ton of new product being built in that area.  I expect rents to be under pressure.
