For land investing, I would listen to all the podcast from Seth over at ReTipster, and then once you are done listening to all his podcast. Go back and listen to them 2-3 more times. This could easily be done while driving, before going to bed, etc. Their are a ton of other land investing resources, just start with Seth and work from there!
