Hi

My name is Bahman. I live in Sacramento and I am a realtor. Up until now, my focus has been just regular buyers and sellers, which I got to pick up by farming a geographical area, open houses, etc but now I am starting to work with investors who either flip or buy and hold.

Therefore, I joined this forum to increase my knowledge of REI. Eventhough I am an experienced agent, a lot of what I read here is new and I have to spend time learning it. That's awesome. It really is a whole different world. My goal is to buy my own investment property within a year and go from there.

@Bahman Ghashghaei Welcome to the site.

While posting if you want to call attention to any of your collegues or anyone that has already posted on the thread simply type  "@" and then the first few letters of their name.  For instance I tagged you by typing "@Bah" and you name appears at the bottom of the text box I am typing in, then I just have to click it and your name is now tracked and tagged so that you can easily make your way back to this post.

Lots to learn on the site good luck.
