Hey everyone, I am a new member from the small town of Pine Level, NC. I started working as a real estate appraiser in January of 2013. I hope to become certified in the beginning of 2015. After seeing more and more homes and listening to more and more Bigger Pockets podcast while driving to the homes my passion for real estate has grown. I am 26 years old and would like to start buying small single family rentals in the Johnston County area. I am also working on getting my real estate license this year and would like to become a part time property manager to speed up the learning curve of becoming a great landlord.

I am excited to learn and get to know more people in the real estate profession!
