Just starting out
I am looking to invest in my 1st property I want to also live. I have never owned and know few people that do. People around me are renters. I am 22 and next year I will be ready to make these moves I need guidance from real investors

the key is just to jump in. just know that as a investor this won't be your only property. For us the second has aways been better than the first and so forth. The key has just been to get busy!
