Thank you very much for the support. I want to buy next spring. I am looking into a double or some multi family unit. I am saving and doing research right now and learning as much about landloring as I can. What are some Of the hardest things you all see as seasoned investors. What was the hardest parts in the beginning

thank you. I am definitely making goals and plan to make strides in my soon to be real estate career and portfolio. This will be my first property so all the questions and hesitations come up. But I am all in and plan to do all I need to be successful and to have longevity

I am looking to invest in my 1st property I want to also live. I have never owned and know few people that do. People around me are renters. I am 22 and next year I will be ready to make these moves I need guidance from real investors
