New to BP from Orange County

Hello,

My Name is David Fraser and I am From Orange County, CA. I am a Veteran and I run a property maintenance business as of now and am pursuing a couple other things on the side. I am not new to the idea of real estate investing (Rich Dad, Poor Dad introduced that to me), but am at a point in life where I am getting more anxious to get my first property. I currently am interested in fix and flip and buy and hold options.

I am eager to learn all I can and have possible partnerships available if I only knew how to find some deals worth dealing.

I look forward to learning all i can from this site and its members and returning the favor of teaching when I am able to.
