Newbie REI In Bakersfield, CA
Hello all!
My name is Arleigh (R-Lay), and Im totally new to real estate investing. After reading a little about it though, I find myself very interested and drawn to the idea of REI as a business. Additionally, I want to acquire my first home with the skills I learn as an investor.
I read the article "100 ways to make money in real estate" and one that caught my eye is the "new every two" way of making money. I think I want to start there since I'm looking to buy my first home anyways.
Anyways, looking forward to networking and learning from here.

@Arleigh Cortez Oil jobs are seemingly being paired back right now...True. I have 4 units in Bako. Be choosy about where/what you buy. I've used @Gene Hacker a couple times so far and would wholeheartedly recommend him as a resource (& home inspector). I'm not buying anything now, but still see some properties I'd like to own from time to time.
