Hello from Atlanta, GA

Hi everyone,

I have been listening to the podcasts for about a month or two, and have finally decided to join the message boards. I have learned so much already (listening to the podcasts) and am very excited to meet people and learn more!

I am 26 and graduated with a masters degree in accounting in 2013. I was in public accounting for a year and a half, and recently joined a real estate company as a financial analyst. I have am currently in the process of searching for my first rental property. I would like to pursue the buy and hold strategy, and hopefully one day, be able to do it full time.

I live and work in Atlanta, but am looking at homes in the Hall County area, which is where I grew up so I feel comfortable with my knowledge of the area (new businesses, transforming neighborhoods, etc). Also, its much more affordable than Atlanta :)

I'm really looking forward to networking and the continued education!

FYI I have been keeping an eye on Hall county it has a lot of potential. I have not been successful in finding a MF in Hall county yet. Anyways good luck and look forward to networking with you.
