New member from Milwaukee, WI!

Hey everyone!  New member here from Milwaukee, WI.  I'm very happy to have found a site such as this to learn about the industry.  I plan on doing my homework and learning as much as I can before diving in.  I recently bought The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down.  

Currently, I own my own SFH on Milwaukee's northwest side (near Wauwatosa). I'm looking into owning a rental property in the future and also completing my first flip sometime after that. I'm glad to have joined this site and I look forward to making some great connections, learning from the wealth of knowledge on this forum and from all of you.

Welcome to the site @Jeffrey Banaszak!  There's no shortage of people from Milwaukee on BP.  There's also a monthly meetup of Milwaukee investors that @Nicole Pettis organizes.  It's another great way to learn and network.  Good luck
