Hi

My name is Chad and I live in S Tampa, FL.  I've been actively investing in RE since 2010.  I am from Acworth, GA but currently live in Tampa.  I am looking to buy and hold properties and would like to learn more about flipping.  I am a licensed agent in GA.   I discovered bigger pockets about a month or so ago and have really enjoyed the site.
