Evaluating a 6 unit apartment building. Trying to determine the closing costs involved as well as the cost for a property inspection. Any feedback would be helpful. Attempting to purchase my first multifamily so I am unaware of some of these costs. I'm assuming they will be a good bit more since it is considered commercial?

I currently hold a license and work another full time job.  However, I haven't really put forth the time and effort to grow my business in the last year.  I have found it to be difficult to work all week and then get excited about spending my nights and weekends working another job.  I'm not saying it can't be done but you have to be prepared to work two jobs.

I wanted to jump in on this thread and ask a question.  I have been renting to college students in a single family home.  Most recently it was just 2 students.  One of them got arrested and the other one does not feel safe. and moved out.  Obviously, I really don't want either of them to return but I am trying to find out what I need to do in order to remove belongings, etc?
