Well met all,

I would like to introduce myself to the Washington DC and Maryland Communities.  I work as a Project Manager and Estimator for a Construction Company in DC that does work in the DMV area.  Our main clients are Municipal and State Government but we are also building our Residential unit to be able to service investors and developers.  I also personally have Rental Units in PA and am working on purchasing additional rental Units in PA.  I would like to network with Investors, Developers, anyone else in the DMV area in need of a great Construction Company.

Thanks Everyone

@Shawn Gageby One way to make sure when you write to someone that they respond is to tag them in the post.  Start by typeing the "@" symbol then the individuals name. Then at the bottom of the box here a list of names will appear that you can then click on and tag. @Shayne Brescia and @Tamara V. might not have seen you previously asking them questions.
