Hello All, my name is Omar and I am first an Investor however, I also am a licensed real estate agent and property manager (don't hold that against me). I've been in real estate since 2002 and have a little over 1000 transactions under my belt and own Real Estate Wishes. In my last "position" I managed over 1000 scatter site rentals including acquisitions, renovations, rental, and dispositions. I am currently wholesaling here in my backyard and looking for multifamily opportunities though out our great nation. Always interested in new markets and love talk about real estate.
