 You know it's coming along. It has its issues as its new and changing but nothing that a little grit can't overcome. A 20x20 is currently going for $60k but what you really save is time. After site prep the house can be unloaded and set up in a few hours. Yes they're stackable as well as some other layouts they are coming out with including a townhouse model, check out their website. 

The Vegas market is great and turning into a buyers market. If you find a deal buy a fourplex. There's also first time homeowners programs and sellers are getting motivated. 

It's going phenomenal. They're in the process of being picked up and going public with a SPAC. If you need help getting one installed let me know.
