@dj
@DJ M. Not sure what you mean by ad. Nobody is selling you anything. These things are cool. I've seen them up close and I thought other real estate investors should see them. They will be an easy add on for a flip or multifamily. ADUs are here to stay and to get one at the price that they say they are going to sell for is pretty amazing.

Hello All! Thank you for responding. We are moving forward and are securing a venue for next month for a real in life meeting. I'd like to set up a zoom for everyone interested in helping out. Will Friday work?

@Marty True Well I'm not sure that manufactured homes comes close to the quality of these. The casita is just the entry model. The other ones will be as large as a 45' I think.

I recently came across this company and was completely blown away. Based out of Las Vegas this new startup will be a force to be reckoned with in the future. The design, finishes, ease of installation, and cost can't be beat in todays market. Take a look and let me know what you think. Potential is unlimited. You can check them out here and watch one of their videos here

Wow, this is getting good. Anyway, my thought is those who can afford to travel will start as soon as things get under control (imagine Disney with short lines) and hopefully that will push us quicker to "normality." We will come back quicker then most expect but not as long as others imagine.

All the smart people said all the important stuff. I just wanted to mention that if I NEEDED to sell anything within the next 3-5 years I would sell as soon as possible. And I heard on a podcast recently a great idea about renting. Reach out to all the AirBNB owners and ask to rent, they might be ok breaking even for a year while things pick up.

Homes for Sale
Closed Sales
DOM
Median Price
Months Supply
Pending Sales
Etc...

Hmmm. Don't know. That house doesn't look too good with those numbers. Why not sell it?

@Dmytro K. Do you have to buy now? If not I'd wait unless you get a really good deal.

Hi Dominic,
Congratulations on getting your license! Depends. What are you looking for? Training, leads, mentorship. Is this your full time gig or will you be doing one deal a month?
