Hello,

My name is Mike Redmer. I’m a serial entrepreneur and the owner of a digital creative agency in Boulder, CO. I've recently become fascinated with real estate investing as an additional career I'm excited to grow into.

I stumbled across Bigger Pockets as I was researching the industry. I really appreciate the value of the information I’ve received so far as well as the overall packaging and presentation. Nice work BP team! 

The podcast with Matt Aitchison blew my mind. The way Matt is creating his business ‘ecosystem’ got my brain working on a whole other level when thinking about what’s possible when building a real estate business. If you haven’t checked it out yet, do yourself a favor and take a listen.

My current Real Estate Investment Goal:

Personally, I have a goal of purchasing a multi-unit building this year in the Boulder/Denver area. To accomplish this goal, I’m learning everything I can about real estate investment through books, courses, podcasts, etc. I’ll then be applying what I’ve learned to further research, making connections in my area and looking for deals and opportunities to execute on. 

How I’m planning to engage with the Bigger Pockets community:

1. . Collaboration: I’d like to meet local investors who are open to exploring ways in which we could collaborate on deals together.

2. Mutual Support: I’d like to meet local investors to support each other's learning and growth.

I look forward to participating with the Bigger Pockets community, supporting each of you wherever I can and learning and growing our skills together.

Welcome to BP! As you pointed out this is such an incredible resource for valuable information. 

I also really enjoyed the most recent podcast with Matt Aitchison, @Joshua Dorkin wasn't lying when he stated this was one of the top 10 podcasts they've done. Matt's a stud and at 27 he's got some huge things ahead. With your interest in multi-unit buildings I also suggest listening to all 3 podcasts with both Serge Shukhat and Ben Leybovich, they're both great and wealth's of knowledge.

These are a great place to meet other local investor's and connect. 

You sound like you have a great start to your plan and solid goals. I also have a year one goal of purchasing multiple multi-unit buildings and have started off with one fourplex in Colorado Springs. I'd love to chat sometime about how we can help each other reach our goals.
