I live in my hometown of Wichita, KS.  However, that's where I started my real estate career.  I was living in Houston, TX and started working in real estate with investors and found my first deal in 2005.  From that point on I was hooked!  I decided to return to Wichita in 2008 and got my realtor license in 2009 and have been involved in real estate ever since.  Currently, I work with Lange Real Estate in South Wichita. I work with traditional buyers and sellers, however, I specialize in working with real estate investors.

My experience thus far in real estate includes, wholesaling, property management, short sales, and then traditional real estate helping buyers buy and sellers sell.  I still haven't bought my first rental.  I hope to do that this year.

I look forward to hearing from anyone in Wichita, or anyone interested in investing in the Wichita area.

Hello and welcome to BP!  Hopefully you like some of the things you do.  Just do whatever you like.  Find an experienced and trustworthy Team that will respond to your calls.  Always do the numbers and try to make your own inspection before you make an offer.  Always get insurance coverage on your new properties.  Change the locks on your new properties and if the locks are still good use them on another address.   Do not cut any corners doing anything when investing.  Be conservative when you are making an offer.  Tell the seller why you are lower than the asking price and try to make sure they understand you.

I am 59 years old and I found BP about 6 months ago.  I went to college and got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  In that same year, in 1980, I got a broker license.  I did a few deals for other people.  Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable in the construction business.  My father has been in real estate for about 40 years and he has taught me a little bit.  If you think I can help you please contact me through BP at any time.  Good luck!
