My name is Josh, and I'm trying to get started in the real estate investing world. I live in the Seattle area, and I wanted to ask. Is wholesaling in a costal market, our market is booming now, possible when price are high and are continuing to go up. Also how do I invest in Midwest markets for cash flow? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
