I acquired my first fourplex in 2011 and recently purchased my second fourplex in August of 2015. Although my focus has been multi-family units, I am interested in learning about other aspects of Real Estate investing.

HI Fransisco. Welcome to BP. I love this site. For years I thought I was the only crazy one. Now I know there are so many more. What is great about here is that there is an expert in almost every category and not only one but at least a dozen in each niche and each market.
