Hello,

My name is Jerry Simmons.  I'm new to bigger pockets and looking forward to getting to know the community.  I currently invest in Orlando, FL and the surrounding areas.

I've been investing off and on since 1982, when I bought my first rental property from my father while I was in the Navy.  I fired my boss in 2003 and became a full time investor. 

I am currently active in single-family properties, but plan to purchase my first multifamily later this year.
