Welcome to the community. I use "The Closing Agent" with Barry Miller. They are very good and used to dealing with investors. If you haven't done so already, I would suggest you join CFRI. Central Florida Real Estate Investors is a great REIA and a great source for building your team or getting good advice. Good luck.

My name is Jerry Simmons.  I'm new to bigger pockets and looking forward to getting to know the community.  I currently invest in Orlando, FL and the surrounding areas.

I've been investing off and on since 1982, when I bought my first rental property from my father while I was in the Navy.  I fired my boss in 2003 and became a full time investor. 

I am currently active in single-family properties, but plan to purchase my first multifamily later this year.
