Hello, my name is Solomon, Im a new Pro-Member of BiggerPockets and very glad to be here with all of you real estate investors. Im a young investor in Ohio (Dayton, Kettering, Miamisburg, Brookville, West Carrollton, Troy, Middletown, Farmersville & Germantown Area). I am looking to start my rental property portfolio at a young age and I'm here to ask many many questions and learn everything I can along with every way I can invest, so be prepared! My goals for the next 4 months is to have my first rental property bought and cashflowing and 2 rental properties cashflowing before January 1st 2017. I am very open to new ideas and creative financing, I am also someone that doesn't like to waist time so if I come across a good deal I'm a “pull the trigger” type of guy.
