I just surfed into the site and thought I would see what you have. I am new in market of wholesaling houses. My husband is retiring in August and we are working together to build this business for our retirement years.

We have joined a group that is helping us on some of the details, but when I surfed onto this site it looked like a good fit to give and get referrals. I need flippers that are interested in buying houses to fix up fast. I am in the process of being a finder. I am looking for those deals.

@Sue AltopYou can learn alot here on bp. There are also good rei groups that meet monthly in Roseville and Sacramento. The hardest part now is finding the good deal. Once you find one ,the buyers chase you down.
